Rely PMS is the staff front desk for a property that uses Rely Finance.

## Who it is for

Property staff sign in with Continue with Rely. The account is the same one they use for Rely Finance. A role granted in Finance decides who can view the desk, run stays, or change rooms and rates.

## What staff do here

- See who is arriving, in house, and departing
- Sell rooms, suites, cabanas, and meeting rooms (conferences and board rooms)
- Mark housekeeping
- Charge in-house room service to the stay

Invoices and payments are recorded in Rely Finance. Checkout finishes when the stay is paid in full.

## Who it is not for

Guests do not book a room on this site, and this site is not the school-fee desk or the finance ledger. Guest names, stays, and bills are not on the public page.
